I have to ask does “scrivs” hand paint all the heraldry? A lot looks unique.

Some is hand-painted, a few shields have decals on them which are then painted round. Scrivs’ collection is generic, so we can use it for any contingent with the right commanders added. You can see his blog here for more information:
