
While we focus on the Russian promyshleniki, the vast majority of the hunting parties were composed of Aleuts and other allied North American natives. Sadly no-one yet makes specific Aleuts, but a combination of conversions of other available models will have to suffice for now.

From a gaming point of view, the most important thing was for the Aleut to be easily distinguished from the Tlingit, so I decided to go for an overall white/grey palette.

The Aleut were not users of armour and were mostly armed with bows and spears (the Russians only let them have muskets in exceptional circumstances such as the attack on the Tlingit sapling fort at Sitka in 1804). Headgear was limited to a long peaked or conical hat to keep off the rain and sun.
